Individual Therapy ADHD, Anxiety, and Complex Trauma

Feeling like a hot mess?
Welcome—this space was made with you in mind.

Whether it’s chronic people-pleasing, complex trauma, ADHD/AuDHD brain chaos, overachieving until burnout, or just feeling totally disconnected from who you are… I’m here to help you make sense of it. Gently. Slowly. And without expecting you to “fix” yourself—because you are not broken.

Maybe you’ve tried all the tools—journaling, therapy, yoga, meditation (even though sitting still makes you want to crawl out of your skin), affirmations, breathwork… and you still feel stuck.

Maybe you’ve read all the books, over-intellectualized every emotion, and deep-dived into your trauma like a PhD student on a deadline. I see you.

You’ve been surviving in overdrive for a long time.
Now let’s find a softer way forward.

I specialize in working with:

  • Complex and attachment trauma

  • Neurodivergent adults (ADHD, AuDHD, sensory overwhelm, masking fatigue)

  • Overachievers, internalizers, and recovering perfectionists

  • Identity exploration & unmasking (who am I really?)

  • Anxious brains that never sleep (and maybe keep you up too)

  • Nervous system overwhelm, shutdown, and "why am I like this" spirals

Whether your nervous system is stuck in “go-go-go” or “shut-down-and-disappear,” we’ll work with your body and brain—not against them.

My approach is rooted in somatics, trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and deep listening. With a side of warmth, some gentle humor, and absolutely zero shame.

Because let’s be real: no one is harder on you than you.
So let’s start there—with compassion.

As a recovering people-pleaser, former overachiever, lifelong emotional contortionist, and deep feeler, I know firsthand how many creative (and exhausting) ways there are to not feel your feelings—perfectionism, overworking, caretaking, dissociating, performing “okayness” like it’s a full-time job. I’ve lived it. Which is why I hold so much tenderness for the parts of you that are tired, guarded, or unsure how to even begin this whole “being a person” thing. I also know the quiet, radical freedom that comes from unmasking—gently shedding all the layers of who you thought you had to be so you can finally meet who you are.

I also know healing isn’t linear—and sometimes it looks like crying. Other times it looks like laughing at the ridiculousness of it all.
And sometimes? It’s just showing up and breathing.

This is a neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+ safe space where you get to take off the mask, drop the high-functioning act, and be human.
All of you is welcome here—especially the parts you’ve been told were “too much” or “too sensitive” or “too chaotic.”

You don’t need a diagnosis to be supported.
You don’t need to earn rest.
And you don’t need to have it all figured out.

I’m here to walk beside you—with curiosity, kindness, a little nervous system magic, and a deep belief that your body, your pace, and your story matter.
