My Approach

I bring humor, warmth, and deep engagement into the therapy space. I'm person-centered, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming. I work with folks navigating chronic pain, complex trauma, ADHD, and relational struggles, and I see therapy as a collaborative process rooted in your goals and values—even if you’re still figuring out what those are.

I believe you're the expert on your own experience. I’ll remember your story because it matters, and together we’ll explore how your past connects to your present. I make space for grief—whether it's from trauma, chronic illness, or the weight of unmet needs—and I believe healing happens when we listen to that pain, not silence it.

In our work, we’ll also get curious about your inner critic and the core beliefs that shaped it. We’ll use somatic tools to reconnect with your body, rebuild trust in your intuition, and learn to turn the volume up on your inner wisdom.

Therapy with me is active, supportive, sometimes funny, and always centered around you. We’ll laugh, cry, make space for frustration, and build ADHD-friendly tools that help you see your brain as a strength, not a flaw.

You are not broken. The goal isn’t to fix you—it’s to help you uncover who you are beneath the survival patterns, and learn to live in alignment with your values.
