Pricing
I do not accept insurance at this time, but I’m happy to provide a detailed superbill—basically a receipt with all the info your insurance needs—to help you request reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. To see if you're eligible, just call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask:
“Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services?”
and
“What percentage is reimbursed for CPT code 90837 (individual therapy)?”
I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots—feel free to reach out to see what’s available.
Individual Therapy (50 minutes)
Individual therapy sessions are $175 and typically begin on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your needs. I offer a very limited number of sliding scale spots ranging from $150–$175—feel free to reach out to ask about availability.
Individual Therapy (80 minutes)
Sometimes we need a little extra time—especially when starting EMDR or diving deeper into our work. Extended sessions are available for $265 and can give us the space we need to slow down and process more fully.
Therapist Consultation
(30-60 mins)
Consultation rates vary based on the materials provided and your budget. I love supporting fellow therapists in working with clients navigating complex PTSD and chronic pain—offering insight, resources, and a collaborative space to deepen your understanding. I also work with therapists navigating living in chronic pain rebranding and modifying their practice to work with you where you are. Reach out to chat and explore pricing options that work for you.
Intake Session (80 minutes)
Individual therapy intakes are 80 minutes and $265. This extended time gives us space to get to know each other, explore important parts of your history, and clarify what you'd like to focus on. If that doesn't fit your budget, no worries—just reach out and we can adapt the intake to a 50-minute session instead.
Group Therapy (85 mins)
Group therapy rates vary by group and range from $60–$75 per session. Each group is thoughtfully designed, and pricing reflects the structure, size, and level of support offered. Feel free to reach out for details on specific groups and current openings!
Teen Parent Consult (30 minutes)
I offer monthly consults for parents of teens I am currently working with for $80. I only work with teens with chronic pain, so continuing care works with parents understanding pain and how it works in a teenage brain and their specific child's limitations/abilities.
